UPCOMING WORKSHOP

Say Goodnight to Insomnia, Snoring, and Sleep Apnoea

Is your poor breathing pattern keeping you awake?
When we are stressed, we tend to breathe more and breathe faster. When this happens chronically, this condition is called chronic hyperventilation. This tends to disrupt our body’s ability to relax and therefore, cause sleep disturbances and symptoms of insomnia.
If you:
have difficulty falling asleep
– wake up multiple times in the night
– wake up too early before your alarm and can’t fall back to sleep
– wake feeling tired and run down
– snore
– wake with a gasp or snort
– hold your breath during sleep
Then most likely, poor breathing habits are preventing you from getting a good night’s sleep.
Learn more about the connection between poor breathing habits and sleep quality in my upcoming workshop. Earlybird prices still apply!
