This is a breathing retraining programme designed to help manage asthma, hayfever, insomnia, snoring, sleep apnoea, chronic fatigue, anxiety and other breathing related issues. We have a structured programme using breathing exercises to restore healthy functional breathing. These exercises are tailored to the needs of each person. The course package consists of five 90-minute course sessions, one Breathe Coaching session, and telephone/email support as needed for six weeks. We also have an online community and a client portal for further learning and support in between sessions and beyond.
The courses are held individually or in small family or friend groups (maximum of 5 participants) and is suitable for both adults and children 6 years old and older.
For those outside of Auckland or New Zealand, the course may also be done via online coaching.
